Unicom Technology was founded in 2002 to a be single-source solution provider for network and integration needs. To that end, we brought together professionals with multidisciplinary backgrounds in telecommunications, IT and related fields. Each of our management team members has a decade or more experience in relevant fields.

Unicom has many years of experience as turnkey systems integrator gained while performing on telecommunications projects in South Korea for the U.S. Army PM-DWTS. These projects comprised the overhaul and upgrade of existing telecommunications infrastructure nearing its end of life. Known as the Korea Optical Fiber Backbone Network (KOBR) and the Digital Microwave Upgrade (DMU), these programs form part of an integrated telecommunications system supporting the U.S. Warfighter in Korea.

Unicom's headquarters are in Santa Clara, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley, with an operational reach that extends throughout the United States and worldwide. We have successfully deployed mission critical information systems in remote locations, despite such limitations as no road access, requiring airlifts of components.
